Microwave Mini Carrots

Yields: 6 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 20 oz. bag of frozen whole carrots
  • 4 Tablespoons honey
  • 4 Tablespoons butter

Microwave:

In microwave, cook covered 10 – 12 minutes on high power, stirring once.

Directions:

Microwave carrots, according to package directions, until half cooked. Remove, and add honey and butter. Stir well and finish cooking.
